Whether or not you need a visa for traveling to ISSPA 2019 depends on several aspects, such as your nationality, destination and length of stay. We advise all participants to make their own arrangements with respect to entering The Netherlands. Some nationalities will need to organise visas prior to travelling.
If you require a visa to visit the Netherlands, please apply for it within a reasonable period of time (minimum three months ahead of the planned travel).
We recommend that ALL participants check the websites of the Dutch embassy in their country prior to travel to ensure that they have all the necessary paperwork for travel.
The Local Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for and cannot refund any registration fees for participants who fail to obtain their visas prior to travel.
Where can I get information?
Click here for visa information on the website of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Visa application support letters
If you need a Visa Application Support Letter, the symposium organizers can provide this letter once:
(a) you have registered for the conference and
(b) your registration fee has been received.
Once you meet these two requirements, please e-mail the symposium organizers, email@example.com with your full name, and the address of the concerning embassy (consulate) where you are going to apply for visa. Your request will be processed as soon as possible, and the conference invitation letter (scan) for your visa application will be e-mailed to you.
